If you’re feeling like challenging yourself there are plenty of different running, cycling or walking events where you can get yourself fit and raise vital funds for Disability Sports Coach.

Fundraising Ideas

We have a limited amount of places available to take part in the London Marathon Events latest run.

It’s a half marathon, starting from Tower Bridge and finishing at Greenwich and would be a great practice for running a marathon later in the year or for somebody who wants to take on a challenge for the first time.

This annual ride across London and the South East has now become one of the most popular challenge events of the year.

If you are interested in taking part in the 100k race then you can apply for your own place before January 5th or contact us to see if we still have places available.

If you would like to go further afield on your own or in a group we can arrange various different treks or cycles in England or abroad

Events include London > Paris Cycle, Snowdon Trek, Alps Trek, London > Geneva Cycle

A team could take part in a Tough Mudder, either 5 mile or 12 miles. These are great team building exercises and a lot of fun to take part in.

Participants would need to pay a registration fee of £50 to the Charity and raise £150 each (or be committed to raise at least £200 each for the full mudder without the registration fee).

Parachute Jump

Parachute Jump

Anytime - You decide!

If you like heights then why not take the plunge and jump out of a plane with sponsorship money coming to DSC.

We can arrange for you or a group to take part in a Sky Dive.

Take part in a 5k run where you need to survive the 5k inflatable course and at the same time try to avoid the Zombies who will be trying to stop you reaching your finishing line.

If you're interested in fundraising for us in any of the events above, please contact Alison on alison@disabilitysportscoach.co.uk or call 020 7021 0973. Ask Alison for other fundraising activities that are less active too!
