We can arrange for your users to have sessions in the gym with a trained instructor there to support them. Everyone will have a gym induction and then the instructor will be there each week to support with each individuals personal goals.
People can choose from a cardio session or strength training using weights which is also recommended to support daily movement, build and maintain strong bones and help regulate blood sugar and blood pressure.
Keep your users motivated with a session in the studio with either a high energy aerobics class or get moving with Zumba. As these sessions are set to music they are a great way to get people moving, burn calories and get your heart rate up.
