Weekly Challenge

This week’s challenge is to eat and share your three favourite fruits! Get healthy and enjoy some delicious fruity snacks – then share your photos with us! What is your favourite fruit and why?

Online Sessions

Our new Tuesday Fitness session was a hit and we had a record number of people at our Saturday multi-sports sports session. Don’t miss out on the fun this week.
