During this time, we are aware of the struggles to keep being motivated to stay active and a part of the community. Disability Sports Coach want to help you with keeping on top of this!

Below are the latest updates of our online and offline activities.

Emergency Appeal

As you will be aware, our Community Clubs have again been forced to close by the Coronavirus pandemic, along with our coaching and training services. This is the right thing to do as nothing is more important than the health and wellbeing of our participants.

However, we are still continuing to support our members through our #DSCAtHome programme.

Please consider donating whatever you can to help us to continue delivering our services. Please donate here.

Weekly Challenge

Join in with our weekly challenge by doing just five minutes of yoga each day. Great for relaxation and mindfulness, not to mention your flexibility!

Online Sessions

Last week’s highlight was many of you sharing why you are amazing in Michelle’s Mindfulness and Yoga session. Also, trying the ‘roar’ (see the photo below) to let out all your emotions!

Join us every Wednesday at 4.30pm for Yoga, as well as all our other sessions.
