During this time, we are aware of the struggles to keep being motivated to stay active and a part of the community. Disability Sports Coach want to help you with keeping on top of this!
Please see below the latest news on our activities and campaigns.
Each week we are recognising the member who most impresses us during our online sessions.
Winner of week 3 is:
Ruby Mills
Ruby has not missed a session this year and pretty much since our online programme begun last April! Her warmth for everyone and ever-growing confidence is an inspiration to us all. Ruby is one of our longest standing Club members-attending Club Brent. Keep coming Ruby!
Also, a special mention to everyone who has attended all or 19/20 online sessions in January.
Those members are:
Iljon, Alexandra, Sam S, Wendy G, Chris, Sade and Ruby.
We are excited to invite you to join our February half-term activities! There will be a range of fun sessions, from dance and football to music and cooking!
Register via Eventbrite for our half-term activities. On registration, you will receive the Zoom code, allowing you to access all sessions (including our regular weekly sessions, which will continue throughout half term week).
Our online sessions continue this week as usual. Keep sending in photos or videos of your yoga power pose.
