During this time, we are aware of the struggles to keep being motivated to stay active and a part of the community. Disability Sports Coach want to help you with keeping on top of this!
Please see below the latest news on our activities and campaigns.

Having recently joined the online programme Gwil has already become an important part of the group. He always puts in full effort and Coach Sasha has been particularly impressed with his dance moves!
A shout out, too, for Gwil’s brilliant effort baking independently in the half-term programme and readily describing to us his creation.
We hope to welcome you to one of our clubs in the spring.
We’re so proud to be supported by our friends at Allons-y-Pyrenees, a cycle touring company based in the French Pyrenees. Recently, Chris from the company completed an amazing 500km cycling challenge, raising money to help us deliver our online sessions until our clubs open again.
Thank you so much to Chris for the support!
Join us as usual this week for sessions from Tuesday to Saturday.
Please email email@example.com to request the Zoom code.
New participants should register online using the form on our website: https://disabilitysportscoach.co.uk/community-clubs/live-zoom-sessions/
Please note we will be taking a one-week break from our online services over the Easter period. The last session will be on Thursday 1st April. The first session back will be Tuesday 13th April at 12.30pm-we kick off our week of activities with dance.
