PT Staff Member, Greer, has put together a weekly workout for our members to keep their muscles moving!
Greer leads this week's Wednesday Workout!
The workout consists of five different sitting exercises:
1 - bicep curls
2 - upright rows
3 - alternating shoulder press
4 - core twists
5 - shoulder shrugs
Complete three sets of all five exercises, with a two minute break between sets.
Please make sure you are sitting up straight and keeping your abs tight - you can add equipment (weights or household objects) to increase difficulty!
