Are you ready for our new online programme?
The programme offers something for everyone, including dance, yoga and mindfulness, as well as multi-sports, quizzes and a new weekly challenge!
How do I sign up?
All sessions will take place on Zoom. To retrieve your code, please register here and it will be emailed to you. If you have already registered for our online programmes, you will receive the code automatically. Please note, the same Zoom code will allow you to access all 4 sessions, including the Friday Quiz.
The weekly challenge will be announced in our Monday newsletter and shared on Facebook and Instagram. You can either email your challenge answers/results to: firstname.lastname@example.org or share with us in the comments or at the Friday Quiz session.
Who’s delivering the sessions?
We are delighted that our yoga and mindfulness session is running in partnership with The Elephant and Castle Community Hub. Your coach will be Michelle, who lots of you will have met at our Virtual Summer Festival.
Dance sessions will be led by new coach Sasha - be ready to learn a variety of dance styles! Lastly, the quiz and multi-sports sessions will be led by ever popular coach Debbie, and Project Officers Emma and Greer.
