Get active in-person with our inclusive half term activity sessions

If you’re based in London and you want to get out and get active, you won’t want to miss our in-person inclusive sport sessions!

On Thursday 29th October, we are holding two fun multi-sports sessions at the Brixton Recreation Centre. The first session will be from 2-3pm, followed by another session at 3-4pm. The sessions will be delivered by our qualified coaches, who are experts in adapting activities to suit a wide range of requirements.

This venue is fully sanitised and equipped for social distancing, and we are limiting is session to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure this will be enforced.

Each session will be just £3 per participant for a whole hour of fun group activity, from dancing to ball skills and much more – you will leave feeling energised and with a big smile on your face!

Half term online activity programme

For those who prefer to get active from the comfort of their own homes, our half term online programme is the perfect way to get involved. The programme will run over two days on Wednesday 28th and Friday 30th October.

We’ll kick off on Wednesday morning at 11am with a dynamic multi-sports session led by Coach Debbie. This will be followed at 2pm by a relaxing yoga session with Michelle from the Elephant and Castle Community Hub. The final session of the day at 4:30pm will be an exciting dance session with Coach Sophie.

On Friday afternoon, we are hosting two sessions - an energetic dance session with Krystal at 2:30pm followed by our ever-popular quiz (with a twist!) at the earlier than usual time of 4pm.

All online sessions are completely free to attend, so whatever kind of activity makes you feel unstoppable, you’ll want to log on and join the fun!

Simply sign up to receive your single Zoom code for all five sessions. Please note that participants under 18 must have an adult present.

We can’t wait to see you next week! To book a place or for further information, please contact Emma Cranston on 07496 737507 or by email clubs@disabilitysportscoach.co.uk.
