During this time, we are aware of the struggles to keep being motivated to stay active and a part of the community. Disability Sports Coach want to help you with keeping on top of this!
We have developed a new programme of activities and campaigns in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to schools closing and the country in lockdown, we have had to cancel or postpone all of our regular coaching and training programmes, including our 14 Community Clubs.
We have developed a range of both online and offline resources to help our members remain physically active at this time.
Read on to find out more about the range of resources available to our members and the wider disabled community.
We have sent out equipment packs to more than 300 members of our Community Clubs so far, and plan to send many more in the coming months.
In addition, we have developed a Home Activity Programme, providing bespoke Home activity cards. If you do not have the specific equipment, home objects can be used as a substitute where needed for many of the activities
The DSC Home Activity Programme is accessible to disabled people nationally. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we aim to motivate as many disabled people as possible to be active in the safety of their own homes, while having a great time!

We are running regular live workout sessions on Zoom, to help keep our members and the wider community active.
The sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 - 5.00pm, and are are hosted by our qualified coaches.
These sessions are free to join and open to all!
