We are running activity and social sessions on Zoom, to help keep our members and the wider community active and engaged.
The sessions include Fitness Fun with Chelsea on Tuesday, Yoga and Mindfulness with Michelle on Wednesday, Dance with Sasha on Thursday, a fun Quiz on Friday and Multi-sports with Debbie on Saturday morning.
All of the weekday sessions run from 4:30-5:00pm and the Saturday session takes place from 11:00-11:30am.
These sessions are free to join and open to all!
